Introduction

The facilitator path is an initiation into coherent love, humility, and service. This manual presents principles over prescriptions. It offers structures for safety, ethics, and process while honoring each person’s unfolding and the mystery that leads it.

This web manual is educational only. It is not medical, legal, or psychological treatment advice. Always follow local laws and professional standards.

Core Principles

Loving Presence

Your state entrains the field. Cultivate compassion, gratitude, and sincerity. Lead by coherence, not control.

Non‑Interfering Support

Words only when necessary. Allow organic movement. Maintain clear energetic boundaries and hygiene.

Process Over Protocol

We work non‑linearly. Trust and surrender, then integrate through actions that anchor change.

Roles & Responsibilities

Server (Facilitator)

  • Holds a clean, coherent field; sets container agreements; upholds boundaries.
  • Conducts screening and risk assessment; collaborates with medical pros when needed.
  • Guides prep, session flow, and integration; maintains documentation and referrals.

Pilgrim (Participant)

  • Owns their process; prepares with intention; follows safety guidance.
  • Communicates relevant health history, meds, and support needs.
  • Engages in integration practices and community support.

Intake & Screening

Intake Topics

  • Health: cardiovascular/respiratory, neurological history, psychiatric history.
  • Meds/Substances: MAOIs, SSRIs, Tramadol, Opioids; recent MDMA or MAOI‑containing plants.
  • Psychosocial: support network, stressors, trauma history, current care team.

Educational list; not a substitute for professional evaluation.

Decision Tree (Simplified)

  1. Any acute medical/psychiatric red flags? → Defer & refer.
  2. Medication contraindications? → Defer, consult, or adapt.
  3. Support and stability present? → Proceed with preparation plan.

Preparation

  • Rest, hydration, nature, light movement, journaling; avoid heavy media.
  • Diet/substances: avoid alcohol; follow medical guidance re. meds; no MDMA or MAOI herbs.
  • Intention setting: honest, simple, open‑ended.

Pre‑Session Checklist

  1. Confirm screening, consent, confidentiality, roles.
  2. Space ready: temperature, light, sound, water, tissues, safety kit.
  3. Breath/posture coaching; review emergency plan.

Session Craft

Flow

  1. Welcome; re‑confirm screening & intentions.
  2. Grounding breath; posture coaching; safety briefing.
  3. Non‑interfering holding; minimal speech; sound as needed.
  4. Gentle return; water; journaling window; debrief.
  5. Integration plan; circle date; support pathways.

Facilitator Hygiene

  • Intend love/compassion; regulate with breath before/after.
  • Discern projection/counter‑transference; avoid “savior” roles.

Tools

  • Voice/overtoning; bowls/chimes; silence; timing led by the field.
  • Postural cues to symmetry; blankets/bolsters for comfort.
  • Journals/cards for integration prompts.

Breath Practices

Breath is the parasympathetic portal (< 12 cycles/min). Build capacity gently; pair any up‑regulation with down‑regulation.

Diaphragmatic

Resonant belly breathing; lengthen exhale.

Box / Square

Equal 4‑4‑4‑4 inhale‑hold‑exhale‑hold.

Tummo‑Style

Inner‑fire cycles for capacity; always follow with down‑shift.

DMT‑Activating

For pre/post entrainment; avoid hyperventilation; safety first.

Vibrational Sound

  • Coherent tones (voice, bowls) entrain and guide release.
  • Avoid lyric‑heavy tracks during peaks; minimize cognitive input.
  • Let timing arise from the field; less is more.

Bilateral Symmetry

Open, symmetrical posture encodes surrender and trust. Use during session and as a daily integration ritual (BS meditation) to reconnect with non‑dual imprint.

Benefits

  • Embodied memory of unity states.
  • Improved energetic flow and groundedness.
  • Simple home practice bridge.

Integration & Reactivations

Integration = being present with what arises. Normalize reactivations; orient to breath and symmetry; cultivate routines that consolidate learning.

Supports

  • BS meditation; slow nasal breathing.
  • Acupuncture; gentle bodywork; hot/cold; nature immersion.
  • Grounding foods; reduce stimulants/psychoactives.
  • Buddy systems; referrals to licensed clinicians/coaches.

Facing Fear

Fear marks the edge of transformation. Pair compassionate witnessing with down‑regulating breath and journaling. Seek support when overwhelmed.

Ethics & Boundaries

Consent & Confidentiality

Clear agreements; privacy honored; data minimal and secure.

Power Awareness

Avoid savior/messiah dynamics; examine projections and needs.

Sexual Boundaries

Do not act on sexual energy in the container; post‑work relationships must be outside ceremonial context and fully consensual.

Stewardship & Sourcing

  • Sustainable, low‑stress harvesting; community education.
  • Fair exchange with local guardians.
  • Verified ethical or synthetic sources where appropriate.

Safety & Emergency Plans

Contraindications (Educational)

  • Hypertension; cardiovascular/respiratory disease.
  • Acute psychiatric conditions; unstable presentations.
  • Meds: MAOIs, SSRIs, Tramadol, Opioids; recent MDMA or MAOI plants.

Not exhaustive. Defer and consult when in doubt.

Emergency Basics

  • Know local emergency numbers; have a written plan.
  • Have a second facilitator/support on call when possible.
  • Document incidents; follow up with referrals and aftercare.

Glossary & Resources

Glossary

  • DMN: Default Mode Network; brain network linked to self‑referential thinking.
  • BS: Bilateral Symmetry; open, symmetric posture/imprint practice.
  • Non‑Interfering: Minimal verbal/energetic intrusion; presence‑led support.

Further Reading

  • Integration guides and harm‑reduction resources.
  • Peer support circles; licensed clinician directories.
  • Research on breathwork, sound, and contemplative practices.
